CrossDraw Ranch is proud to have exceptional trainers and horses for you to learn and grow with. Whether you are new to horses and have no experience, or you'd like to refine your skills after years of riding, we have the perfect program for you. From young to young at heart, it's never too soon to start your journey with horses.
Individual Lessons
Time slots are available throughout the week for private western lessons. Whether you're a casual rider looking for quality horse time, or you have a goal to compete, CrossDraw Ranch has the horses and training knowledge to make it happen! There are a variety of lesson horses available to fit your current skill level and help you grow. You may also haul in your own horse also.
Group Lessons
Learning together is sometimes the best approach! Group lessons are available upon request and are limited to up to 10 riders at a time. These lessons are tailored to fit the collective ability of the group each will receive individual attention when needed.
Ranch Work
Ranch work training is all about working with livestock and working with others. We teach pasture roping, doctoring, branding and moving cattle. On a ranch, your horse is your loyal partner that works with you on just about every activity that is handed off to you. In the end you will discover that your horse is a companion that you can count on.
Specialized Training
If your goal is to work on specific skills, we can help. Our trainers can assist you with correct training techniques, at a pace you feel comfortable with. Equally as important, our operations provide a hands on setting that very safe, is based on natural horsemanship training.
